All payments must be made through Paypal invoice or Cashapp.

All payments must be made in USD.

Payment plans can be made for payments over $15 (half up front and half when the commission is finished or on a given date for an adoption). The upfront payment will not be refunded.

For payments made through PayPal, you will always receive an invoice. Make sure to send an email for the Paypal invoice that works.

Multiple backouts of commissions or adoptions will result in your being blacklisted, as it is clear you are wasting my time.

NSFW commissions, adopts, and raffle prizes are for 18+ if you are caught lying about your age. You will be blacklisted, and no refund will be issued.

My work can never be used for NFTs or AI art!

I reserve the right to decline any commissions that involve someone who is on my blacklist, as well as if I find out you are buying (be it commission-wise or adopting) for someone on my blacklist. This will automatically put you on the blacklist as well.

I reserve the right to post all the finished art I create for portfolio examples. As well as the right to stream art I am creating depending on if I feel it is okay to do so with Twitch's guidelines (the only exception to this rule is if it is for a surprise, in which case the commissioner must tell me when it is okay to post the finished artwork by a date must be given)

I am okay with sibling and breed sheet designs being made for a character I created as long as they are different enough that they are not clones of said design.

If you wish to get a commission with one of my characters, please ask and tell me what the commission is about before getting it. Please understand if I am not okay with said commission because most of my characters already have underlining stories, lovers, et cetera.

Please make sure to credit me properly on each social media platform that you post your commission or adopt on (FB: Bobakitty, DA: Boba-Kitty, FA: Boba-Kitty, Twitter: @Boba_Kittys).

Do not use my artwork/adopts for hate speech/ illegal fetishes/ racist/ homophobic actions. I do not condone this, and if I find out you are doing so, I will blacklist you immediately.

All payments must be made on the day I start working on your commission (I will not move past the sketch phase until payment is made and the sketch is approved) . As for payment plan options, the first payment must be made on the day that I start working on your commission.

Refunds will only be allowed before the lining phase, once the sketch wip(s) has been approved no refund will be given; no refunds will be made if you are using a payment plan.

NSFW commissions cannot receive a refund!

For commercial use of a commission (outside streaming commission items), it is 60% of the commissioned item's total price. This cannot be added to my closed species!

I reserve the right to decline a commission if I do not feel skilled or comfortable with the project.

I will always notify you 24 hours, before I am about to start on your commission in the queue. Though if you have a day you would feel more comfortable with me starting on the commission, please make sure to let me know.

When commissioning me, please make sure to give me as much detail and information as possible (images are best, but I will take written descriptions) so that I can do your commission to the best of my ability.

You will receive updates on the commission throughout the process with WIPs (works in progress) once your commission is started.

I normally take up to 2–3 weeks on each commission, depending on the amount of detail and real-life situations.

If a situation arises (i.e., vacations, illnesses, et cetera), I will notify you of the situation. If you wish for a refund if I have not started your work, please let me know.

If your commission is for a special occasion (i.e., an anniversary, birthday, wedding, et cetera), you may have to pay a little fee ($15) to have your commission done by that time frame if your commission is not the one I am working on right away. This does not mean you can pay your way to have the commission done faster if there is not a good enough reason!

If your commission is needed by a certain date, please contact me at least 2 weeks prior to the date the commission is needed. This will allow me time to complete the commission and make sure to thoroughly discuss what the commission is about with you. If you ask for one without two weeks prior notice, then it is more likely that I will politely decline the commission.

All commissions you get may be used for your own personal use on any platform, as long as I am giving credit for the commission.

WILL DO:

Furry/Anthro/Humanoid characters

Cannon and Original characters

Nudity and Gore are okay (must be +18 for anything sexual or gore themed)

Consenting sexual acts (such as BDSM, masturbation, oral sex, ect.)

Lightly armored characters

Won't Do:

Illegal Fetishes (I.E. Rape, pedophilia, ect.)

Fetishes involving body fluids such as urine and feces.

Age play, Vore or Pregnancy fetishes

Hate speech of any kind

Heavily Armored characters

Mecha characters

Realistic style of art

All adoption sales are final. Once purchased, you cannot get a refund.

Commercial use is +$10 to the selling price if not included in auto-buy (auto-buy is for auction only).

I will hold an adoption for up to a week, though I will expect a given date for payment. If payment is not made on that date, it will be put back up for sale.

All adoptions are first come, first served.

If you are unable to or need to back out of adopting, please let me know. If you want, you can tell me why, though please make sure to at least let me know before an invoice is sent.

All adopts will not be changed other than a gender change, though it will cost you an extra $10.

Once an adopt is bought, you can do what you want with the character, though I ask that you don't change the look to the point where it is unrecognizable.

All my adopted species can be converted into closed species, though I ask that you tell me first before doing so.

You can resell the design, but not for more than what you paid originally, unless it has extra artwork.

Reselling, gifting, and trading my designs are okay.

Never claim my adopted designs as your own.
